Cards are a fad, tradition
Part of everyday religion
Presents may be pleasant
But without His presence
They are all nonsense
The season’s greetings
Without the Reason
Is just like treason
Food without seasoning,
The cart without the horse.
So as you celebrate Christmas
Fill it with joyful holy focus.

Love the theme in this... yet
Cards are the only embrace of warmth
and love that relatives can hold onto
for those far away, and the only visual hope
that Jesus loves them. Blessings
